It's more than working for a global leader; it's an opportunity to be a part of something that impacts people all over the world.About the roleReporting to the Head of Global Marketing Operations, your role will focus on managing the Digital Asset Management system, internal design agency briefing and Jira marketing project support.
Working in a cross functional capacity, you will sit within the Global Marketing team and partner with Regional Marketing, Technology Services, Product and Legal teams.
The Marketing Project Manager should be skilled in people, processes and platforms.Key responsibilities include:Digital Asset Management (DAM)Manage the Digital Asset Management system including admin, training, adoption, governance and agency managementEnsure assets in the library are catalogued accurately, searchable and ready for use by various teams and asset creatorsWork with creative and translation agencies on the upload of assetsManage and monitor the usage rights of related assetsIdentify opportunities within the global and regional teams to improve metadata and usageWork in partnership with the Tech Services team on the development and release of new features, integrations, automations and AI initiativesRegular reporting on creative asset metrics and analysisOwn the Vault Support mailbox and respond to any queries within 24 hours Design Agency Process ManagementReview all global and regional marketing briefs to ensure accurate information, adherence to lead times and identify synergies across projectsLead weekly WIPs with design agency and monthly prioritisation meetings involving GTM team leads Follow up on pending information or escalate when requiredEnsure that the design agency are uploading promptly and cataloguing assets accuratelyReview and approve PPD and SPD briefs in Jira - assign to relevant teams within design agency and ensure briefs are addressed promptlyAssist design agency, global product and local product team with Jira queries and training for new team members.
Assist with the creation of filters and dashboards when requiredWork collaboratively with others and contribute as thought partner enabling broader success Jira Process SupportSupport the development of our GTM Briefing Portal, working to identify additional briefing processes across global and regional teamsBuild Jira workflows and enhancement to existing processes such as Promotional Management, Event Support and EDM WorkflowsWork with internal stakeholders to map out cross-functional processes and configure JIRA projects in collaboration with our development teamLead training sessions and development of training material for new briefing processesMaintain documentation of Jira and Confluence implementations and administrative settingsTesting & QA of new workflows and evolutions We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:Essential Experience:3 - 5 years' experience in marketing operations, digital or project managementProven ability to prioritise, organise and implement efficient and effective systems A track record of being process- and detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projectsDemonstrated ability to empathetically enforce compliance with the related guidelinesProven ability and desire to have a deep comprehension and understanding of the productExperience in project and stakeholder management, process improvement and planningGreat problem-solving skills with proven experience in identifying and solving complex problems quickly and effectivelyFamiliarity with digital asset management software and project management tools; preferred experience with Brandfolder, Jira, Confluence and SharePointExperience working in a fast-paced and challenging, global environmentDesirable Experience:Tertiary qualifications in marketing or project managementThe ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience working with metadata, taxonomy, digital rights, search facets, and web-publishing processesKey Attributes:Resourceful and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation with the ability to work effectively as a team member and independentlyExtremely well organised and detail-orientedSound business judgment and analytical thinkingDigital affinity with high level of comfort embracing new technologiesOperate with a sense of urgency and expediencyThrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with ability to multitask and prioritiseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA growth mindset and positive attitudeAbility to think outside the box while identifying problems and developing creative solutionsWhat we offer you:Flexible work arrangementsCompetitive compensation packageA fun and rewarding team environmentOpportunity to work for an Australian Stock Exchange listed companyEmployee assistance programPaid parental leave policyEmployee discounts of up to 50% on all our electrical productsCorporate health and wellness benefits To ApplyCome and make your mark with this global leader by applying today via the Apply Now button.
