As a seasoned digital professional, you will drive the development and maintenance of our organisation's digital platforms, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

You will work closely with leadership to plan enhancements to processes aligned with business needs, focusing on SharePoint pages, intranet, and digital channels.

Your key delivery role will ensure the effective production and continuous optimisation of engaging digital content that is aligned with our communication strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for internal digital communications, with a focus on SharePoint, Jira and Confluence;
- Promote best practice use of SharePoint, optimise setup and configuration while supporting business areas to make the most of available software and systems; and
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, developing and implementing solutions.

**Required Skills and Experience**

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online design and implementation including branding and designing of SharePoint sites.
  • Exceptional engagement and management skills to build close and productive relationships, considering business requirements, user needs and stakeholder inputs.
  • Project Management skills with a mix of UX and tech knowledge relating to Jira and Confluence.
