Position Type: Casual/Part-Time with potential for Full-TimeKey Qualification: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Development and Design:Follow and improve the current curriculum of Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing course Keep course content up-to-date and innovative by incorporating the latest industry trends and research findingsDesign the short-term Animal Care Services workshop course2. Teaching Implementation:Deliver high-quality online and classroom instruction to inspire student interest in Veterinary NursingUtilise multimedia resources and real-life cases to enhance students' understanding of course content3. Student Guidance:Establish positive teacher-student relationships and provide personalised academic and career guidanceSupervise student internships, ensuring the application of theoretical knowledge in real-world environments4. Assessment and Feedback:Regularly assess students' academic performance and provide targeted feedback and suggestionsParticipate in course evaluations and improvements to ensure continuous enhancement of course quality5.
