Gubbins Pulbrook Mitre 10 a is locally owned and operated family business, employing locals and supporting our community.

Our Head Office, located at Moss Vale, is looking for an administration team member to join our accounts payable team.

This is a full time position

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

- Experience in accounts payable and inventory management essential
- Well developed communication and organisational skills
- Pro-active, initiative driven problem solver
- Ability to adhere to company policy and procedure
- Goods Inwards knowledge/stock receipting experience
- Invoice/statement reconciliation experience
- Ability to reach deadlines and deliver results
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment

Responsibilities include
- Meeting deadlines and completing key tasks in a high pressure environment
- Liaising with sites to ensure accurate information being provided to goods inwards team
- Receipting of stock into database within defined timeframes
- Raising of claims and adjustment notes
- Reconciling invoices to statements
- Providing administration manager with forecast figures by deadline dates
- Adhering to company policy and procedure

Immediate start

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
