Accounts Payable Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable, with the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- End-to-end management of Accounts Payable, including checking and processing supplier invoices, coding and batching invoices, and handling queries and relationships with suppliers.
- Reconciliation of major vendor accounts, downloading bank statements, completing creditors statements and bank reconciliations, and processing payment runs local and overseas.
- Assisting in the management of the Accounts Payable inbox, handling phone queries, and end-of-month processes and reporting.
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with SAP CONCUR and/or SAGE are advantageous.
