Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer

Key Responsibilities:
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for processing, verifying and reconciling supplier invoices and completing payments in accordance with payment terms and agreed service level agreements.

Essential Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accountancy skills.
  • Experience in hospitality and clubs' industry - desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently whilst managing a range of responsibilities across multiple.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Experience with Adept or similar ERP and Medius (AP Automation System) or similar.
