**About the Role**
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Head of People - Support Areas, to join BOQ's People and Culture team

This role is required to act as a People & Culture Senior Business Partner and effectively partner with executives, senior business leaders, and P&C centres of excellence.

The role will set a people strategy for multiple relevant divisions and liaise with P&C centres of excellence to enable the identification, design and implementation of people solutions in line with the people strategy. The role is also responsible for the coaching and guidance of executives and senior leaders to identify capability requirements, behaviour, structures and processes that progress divisional and organisational strategies.

As a senior member of the business partnering team, this role is responsible for direct leadership of business partners and leadership of the people advisors in a matrix type structure.

This role is a key member of the extended People and Culture leadership team and is responsible for working with this leadership team to help shape the overall People and Culture strategy, providing input and feedback from the business divisions they support and for future requirements of those divisions.

**About you**

Naturally you will have significant generalist HR experience, including solid experience as a Senior HR Business Partner and people leader.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who empowers team members to be proactive future leaders, diverse in thinking and role modelling the Group's culture.

You will have a strong understanding of the strategic role of HR and demonstrated capacity to align actions with bigger picture, teamed with business and commercial acumen.

With a proven ability to influence senior leaders and executives, you will support in the strategy, goals and outcomes desired as well as the supporting business case for people programs and solutions.

Our Head of People will be skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and competing, challenging priorities and will have the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
