**About the role**:
As a Change, Communications, and Move Manager, you will play a key role in driving successful property projects by leading change and communications programs. Working closely with our integrated Project Management and Design teams, you will develop and implement strategies to effectively manage change, engage stakeholders, and coordinate associated relocations. Your expertise in project management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement will contribute to the overall success of our clients' property projects.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Program and Project Management
Support the delivery of workplace change management projects, including coordination, planning, & delivery
Change Management
Lead and deliver assigned workplace change management programs, in accordance with JLL Change Management Framework.
Change Engagement, Facilitation and Communication
Demonstrate strong communication skills to prepare and facilitate user experience workshops to excite, engage, enable, and evaluate throughout the stages of the change.
Innovation
Ideate and develop new and exciting change engagement tools within the team: including video content, gamification, or new ways to communicate change.

Space Planning and Move Management
Provide support and SME input to strategic space planning for portfolio strategies and major projects.

**About you**:
You will have proven experience in workplace, change management or project delivery within a corporate environment, including the transition of people from fixed desk environments to flexible working environments, coupled with a sound understanding of workplace models (eg: Agile, ABW, flexible working, hotdesking).
Qualifications in Change or Project Management, Architecture or Design desirable but not essential.
Practical and proven working knowledge of change management, programme and project management, workplace strategy and occupancy planning are required and people & stakeholder management experience in a consulting environment desirable but not essential
