What this job involves
We have an exciting opportunity for a Moves and Changes Facilities Coordinator to join one of our successful clients

**A snapshot of the role**:
Assist with the management of all phases of corporate relocation projects including program development, budgeting, planning, project milestone scheduling, multidisciplinary services contracting, conflict resolution, client management, project implementation supervision & closure.
Assist with the management of project systems REFIT and GREMIS
Perform space planning as required to support the churn, moves and changes process
Aid with management and supervision of all contractors on site (including inspection works)
Assist with the financial process to ensure that requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including raising and receipting of purchase orders
Assist and support the Facilities Manager and GCS team with providing general administration and task coordination, both planned & unplanned, as day to day events demand

Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to be flexible and work under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Project Scheduler, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CADD
