Client Success Manager – Health Industry, Property Developments and Project Home Builders
Coldbuster Floor Heating is a fast growing, family-owned and operated business operating throughout Australia. Located in a comfortable office/warehouse in Frenchs Forest, we pride ourselves on our great reputation and running a team with dedication and friendliness.
We are seeking a passionate and highly organised Client Success Manager to join our vibrant and hard-working team and help us further grow our business in the Health Industry (e.g aged/child care, NDIS, etc.), Property Developments and Project Home Builders.
We want an enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career within a caring environment. Reporting to the Managing Director and Operations Manager, this role will be crucial to helping the business achieve its ambitious growth plans.
The successful applicant will be driven to achieve the best outcomes for both clients and the business and maintain our exceptional record of client retention, as well as collaborate with the team on sales and marketing developments.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Primary – client relationship functions, including:manage and retain existing account relationships and build strong client engagement and rapport, strongly focussed on retention and upliftprovide ongoing support to and enhance relations with industry clients, including coordinate, schedule and undertake all activities to sell/promote our productsregular contact and meeting with clients in person and via video to foster and grow working relationshipsconduct regular client reviews to ensure clients' needs and requirements are being fulfilled o support sales and marketing initiatives to identify and develop opportunities to drive growth, including effectively present and communicate opportunities within our existing client portfolioensure clients are sufficiently supplied with all sales tools and marketing itemsmaximize benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiativesattend trade shows as required from time-to-time, including on occasional weekendsattend networking events as required from time-to-time, including on occasional mornings/evenings.
Secondary - assist with:sales and customer service via telephone, email and walk-in queriesother sales activities as may be requiredmaintaining and continuously improving all systemsspecific tasks/projects for Management from time to timerelieving other staff positions when requiredany other tasks requested or typical in a business of this typebeing flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.
Requirements: driven by results, with the personal drive to forge growth and success for the businessenjoys building long term client relationships through regular account meetings and helping clients to get the most from our solutions and serviceshas a proven track record building growth and great relationships within the Health Industry, Property Developments and Project Home Builders spaceexcellent customer service skillsability to follow tasks through to the end and on timestrong verbal, written and presentation skills
• demonstrated organisation and time management skillsstrong work ethic and eye for detailgenuine willingness to help otherspositive attitude and strong willingness to learn and keep to specific procedurescapability of working both independently and within a team environmentdesire to demonstrate initiative and be proactiveintermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experienceability to pick up new programs and systems quickly and easily
