Here's a sneak peek into what you'll spend your time doing:

- Responsible for leading client interactions in the Business & Technology Consulting space and organising resources to deliver subsequent engagements.
- Own dedicated Consulting Services Go-To-Markets (GTM's) and the quality of delivery of these services.
- Assist and refine methodologies, frameworks and processes to ensure the effective delivery of the Go-To-Markets, this will involve standardisation of templates, guidelines, artefacts which are maintained/updated to current industry standards.
- Primarily focused on growth with a personal billable utilisation of 70%.
- The other 30% of time will be concentrated on building Consulting Services pipeline and resources to deliver on the core Consulting Services GTM's.
- Participate in presales activities with clients for consulting services functions, seeking to generate opportunities for Consulting Services.
- Develop methodologies to guide consultant engagements across your designated GTM.
- Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants in delivering the expected client outcomes.
- Develop proposals with General Manager and BDMs for client acceptance.
- Lead customer engagements as the Principal Consultant.
- Manage engagements to ensure resourcing, timeframes and financial outcomes are met.
- Continually update all Consulting Services staff on emerging technology trends.

What we're looking for in our next awesome human:

- Solid experience in a similar role where you've been responsible for the creation of project proposals, RFP responses and statements of work.
- Experienced and comfortable in engaging at Board and Executive level.
- Significant experience in coordinating multiple, simultaneous and diverse customers.
- Essential that you have a background in technology and good understanding of cloud based technologies, ideally within the Microsoft stack.
- IT literate. Working understanding of Application Delivery platforms, Network infrastructure, Infrastructure Applications, Security, Virtualization technologies, and Cloud technologies and platforms.
- Customer service focus, you are someone who pro-actively monitors customer satisfaction.
