**Responsibilities**include but are not limited to:

- Administrative HR support; creating and sending contracts, managing staff compliance.
- Recruitment; shortlisting, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Daily rostering for over 60 team members; adding shifts, editing shifts, finding shift covers, updating rosters of care.

Reports to: Client Relationships Manager x 1.

Works closely with: Service Delivery Managers x 3.

**Located**: IHCC Head Office in Gray Street, Ipswich.

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday preferably 9am - 3pm.
- 6hrs per day, 5 days per week, total of 30hrs per week minimum.
- Additional hours as required.

**Required Skills/ Experience**:

- Experience as an HR Administrative Assistant and/or Rostering Officer or similar role is preferred.
- Experience with Shiftcare rostering platform is preferred.
- Knowledge of NDIS operations is preferred.
- Time management and task prioritisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- National Police Certificate
- First Aid/ CPR Certificate
- New Worker NDIS Induction Module
- Available for additional hours as required
- Access to a secure smartphone.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
