**Full Time**role based in either Sydney - North Ryde (preferably), Brisbane or Melbourne CBD.

**The Role**:

- Knowledge and understanding of business systems best practice design
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Knowledge of Support Process, design, and solution development documentation
- A focus on communication and collaboration
- Quality mindedness
- Proficiency with modern development paradigms

**Skills**& Qualifications**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant discipline (ideally ICT, Engineering or Computer Science)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business and/or Systems Analyst working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems (preferably Maximo)
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for TrainDNA implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that align with TLS strategic goals
- Oversee the design development and deployment of TrainDNA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
- Monitor and analyse system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations and integrations
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Interfacing with users to provide mentoring to ensure that data is entered consistently to the correct standards, improve the quality of the data in the systems and carry out the clean-up of existing legacy data and structure.
- Experience working in projects and all phases of software development life cycle (Agile experience is beneficial, not essential) including system and integrations testing
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and to prepare documentation for techno-functional solutions, framework, and architecture of business systems
- Industry focus within Rail, construction, utilities, mining, or large-scale infrastructure
- Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and working experience in Agile
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
