ABOUT THE ROLEThiess is on the lookout for a skilled Tyre Fitter to join our team at the Peak Downs coal mining project on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be part of a high-performing crew focused on safety, quality, and delivering real results.
In this hands-on role, you'll: Remove and fit rims and wheel assemblies on heavy earthmoving equipment
Remove and refit tyres as needed to keep our fleet running efficiently
Perform routine tyre pressure checks and report any issues
Access and interpret technical manuals, bulletins, and digital resources
Take proactive steps to prevent equipment issues and raise any concerns through the right channels
