RIMEX Tyre Services is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter – Grab Truck Operator to join our team in Mackay. We are seeking someone with experience in a wide range of earthmoving machinery including haul trucks, graders, loaders, dozers, and other heavy mining equipment. You will be supporting operations in and around the Bowen Basin based from our Mackay branch.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform tyre fitting and maintenance on a range of OTR vehicles
· Conduct tyre inspections and diagnostics
· Maintain a high level of workmanship and professionalism
· Clear communication and engagement with key stakeholders
About You
- Experience in OTR tyre fitting in the mining industry preferred but not essential
- Certificate II AUR29120
- Current HRWL forklift (LF) licence
- HR Driver's Licence desirable
- Experience in Grab Truck Operations
- High level of initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong safety focus with high attention to detail in following procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Preferably Mackay Based but not essential
