Rossdale Homes is a proud South Australian residential builder established in 1980. An opportunity has arisen for a Construction Supervisor to join our team.

About Us

Rossdale Homes is an award-winning builder with 45 years of experience in the residential market. We also undertake niche land development projects and construct commercial and medium-density housing projects.

About the Position

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will supervise qualified subcontractor teams to convert client contracts, schedules, and plans into completed dwellings ready for handover.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all work on the building site complies with government and council approvals, Australian Standards, and BCA codes.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy workplace environment is essential.

All machinery, equipment, and materials must be used and handled safely under the WHS Act and regulations.

About the Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar roles, hold a Building Work Supervisor Licence or be working towards obtaining one, and possess a valid South Australian Driver's Licence.

You should be flexible, cooperative, possess good problem-solving skills, and have strong communication skills with an eye for detail.
