Health Care Australia are currently looking for a Sales Quality Coordinator to become a valued member of our NDIS/Home Care team in Sydney CBD Team.

HCA is a registered NDIS and Home Care provider and offers leading Aged Care and disability support services throughout Australia. These services can include community nursing, complex care, personal care, daily activities and supporting participants to access the community. **About the role**:
The Sales Quality Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective development and implementation of quality systems and risk management activities. The position is to inspire and lead change for the home care business to deliver best practice to home care consumers. Promote and monitor adherence to relevant governance and organisational requirements, guidelines and regulations including the Aged Care Quality Standards and ISO 9001- QMS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Successfully maintain and improve service delivery, based on HCAs 3 service guarantees - _easy, flexible, sharing what we know about aged care. _
- Sustainability of home care services as a quality service and to achieve certification against Aged Care Quality Standards
- Maintain a centralised system that supports and promotes quality service provision for both government funded and self-funded clients
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship development to create active and effective partnerships
- Undertake quality assurance activities to measure performance against Home Care quality KPIs
- Report on the quality measure outcomes and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Report and investigate all complaints and incidents according to HCA's incident management policy and procedure

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Quality auditing and/or management or similar
- Knowledge and understanding of ongoing reforms, legislative changes and quality and compliance requirements of Aged Care Quality Standards
- An understanding of quality management systems including risk management, continuous improvement, internal auditing practice and the ability to coordinate schedules
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative evaluation strategies to monitor and report on performance of quality improvement
- An understanding (or ability to rapidly understand) the legislative and regulatory environments
- Driven, passionate and dedicated to delivering effective supports to with people with disability
- Ability to calmly perform in high pressure situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current or willing to obtain National Police check
- Current or willing to obtain NDIS workers screening check
- Current or willing to obtain Working with Children check
- 3 x Covid-19 Vaccinations
