**About the Role**:
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of customers across our Food Care and Product Care solutions. Reporting to the Northern Region Sales Manager, you'll be the face of Sealed Air in your territory — building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional value to our clients

**What You'll Do**:

- Drive sales growth and maximize profitability across your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in current and adjacent markets.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for key accounts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely order fulfillment and satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate customer training.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold Sealed Air's values and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field i.e Diploma, Degree, Masters etc.
- Proven experience in Account Management/Sales within the Food & Beverage packaging industry, though experience in the Fresh Red Meat (FRM) market is a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and winning new business.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, CRM, and Office365 is a plus.
- Willingness to travel interstate or overseas as required.
- A valid driver's license.
