AOD rehabilitation
- Leadership role working for a not for profit organisation

This opportunity will see you working in therapeutic residential rehabilitation program for individuals recovering for alcohol and other drug addictions.
Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, the Senior AOD Clinician will support clients to reach their goals through effective case management and the provision of therapeutic interventions. You will also provide clinical supervision to key workers and work collaboratively as part of a broader multi-disciplinary team.
We are seeking expressions of interest from professionals with 3-5 years experience in the AOD or Mental Health sectors who also demonstrate the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health or other health-related discipline
- Certificate IV in AOD or 4 AOD core competencies (if obtained a diploma degree or higher), or willingness to complete studies during employment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, and developing client-centred treatment plans for clients with complex needs
- A natural leader and ability to coach, guide and develop your team.
- The ability to work **Tuesday-Saturday,** and participate in an on-call phone roster.
