OverviewProperty and Accounts Administrator Adelaide - Gillman role at Spendless Shoes.Are you highly organised, detail focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional support?
The Shoe Group is seeking a Property and Accounts Administrator to join our team in a Part Time capacity at the National Support Office.
This role focuses on property administration with a strong emphasis on financial processes, ensuring rental payments and property-related charges are processed accurately and on time across our national store network.
You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesReview, code, reconcile and approve rental payments for 200+ storesFile and maintain all remittancesUpdate and manage property software (Lease Eagle) with current lease detailsProvide monthly and annual sales reports to landlordsCoordinate insurance certificates for each store and issue to landlordsPrepare and generate reports for managementDeliver ad-hoc administrative support to the team as requiredSkills & ExperienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent time management and ability to meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and accuracyResults driven with a proactive approach to improving processesStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsComfortable working independently as well as within a teamEnjoys a varied role and taking on responsibilityDedicated, motivated, and approachableWhy Join Us?
