This is your chance to work behind the scenes on product development, testing, and quality control.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare reagents, solutions, and samples for testing and product trials.Collect, document, and retain samples of raw materials and finished products for quality and stability testing.Conduct laboratory tests including pH, viscosity, microbial, preservative, and stability assessments.Record and report test results, preparing technical data for compliance and regulatory requirements.Perform calculations for ingredient percentages, batch scaling, and dilution factors.Monitor and maintain laboratory consumables, ensuring accurate records of usage.Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and perform routine checks to ensure reliability.Work closely with the R&D and Quality teams to ensure all finished products meet MooGoo's rigorous standards.What We're Looking ForA science background (Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar – Diploma level qualification or higher).
At least one year of relevant work experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, ideally in skincare, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.A collaborative, hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills.What's in it for You?
