Job Opportunity: Metallurgy Technician

Metlab Technicians play a pivotal role in optimizing mill throughput and recovery.

  • Conduct comprehensive metallurgical tests and experiments on gold ore samples.
  • Collect, prepare, and analyze samples using sophisticated laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Record and report test results accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and calibrate complex laboratory equipment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of optimization strategies and proficiency in using MS Office and laboratory equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication skills both orally and written in English.

Requirements:
  • NATIN/AMTO - Chemical analyst or associate degree in Metallurgy, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a metallurgy lab or similar environment.
