Guide Healthcare is a young business with a team of Allied Health professionals who partner with organisations to support patients and clients towards achieving their goals in residential aged care, at home in the community, or living with a disability. We focus on individualized care and creative approaches to improve quality of life, with face-to-face services and Telehealth when needed.
What you will do
Provide physiotherapy services to patients in line with clinical guidelines and individual goals.
Work across settings (residential aged care, community, and telehealth when required).
Collaborate with other clinicians (OTs, Podiatrists, Speechies, Dietitians, EPs) and support teams to plan and implement patient-centred programs.
Participate in clinician-developed programs and initiatives to promote patients' abilities and quality of life.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or APA recognised equivalent
Full AHPRA registration
Current National Police Check
NDIS Worker Clearance
Be fully vaccinated
Requirements
Full working rights (no sponsorship available)
Location: Illawarra region (Wollongong/Coniston area) or willing to relocate
