Guide Healthcare is a young business with a team of Allied Health professionals who partner with organisations to support patients and clients towards achieving their goals in residential aged care, at home in the community, or living with a disability. We focus on individualized care and creative approaches to improve quality of life, with face-to-face services and Telehealth when needed.
What you will do- Provide physiotherapy services to patients in line with clinical guidelines and individual goals.
- Work across settings (residential aged care, community, and telehealth when required).
- Collaborate with other clinicians (OTs, Podiatrists, Speechies, Dietitians, EPs) and support teams to plan and implement patient-centred programs.
- Participate in clinician-developed programs and initiatives to promote patients' abilities and quality of life.
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or APA recognised equivalent
- Full AHPRA registration
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Clearance
- Be fully vaccinated
- Full working rights (no sponsorship available)
- Location: Illawarra region (Wollongong/Coniston area) or willing to relocate
- Casual, Contract or Locum employment options
