Overview

Guide Healthcare is a young business with energy and enthusiasm. We are a team of Allied Health professionals and support staff focused on helping people improve their quality of life. We partner with organisations that share our drive for creativity and impact. Our Guidians guide patients and clients toward their goals, whether living in residential aged care, at home in the community, or living with a disability. Our team includes Physio(therapy)ists, OT(occupational therapists), Podiatrists, Speechies, Dietitians and EPs who provide face-to-face care or Telehealth when needed. We also have behind-the-scenes support to enable clinicians to focus on what matters. Our Guidians tailor approaches to each individual, and no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

As part of Guide Healthcare, you will:

  • Deliver patient-centered care to individuals in various settings (residential aged care, home, or community-based).
  • Develop and implement personalized programs and supports in collaboration with the client and care team.
  • Engage in cross-site activities, clinician-developed programs, and award-winning initiatives to improve outcomes.
  • Participate in cross-site competitions and internal recognition activities to promote quality of life for clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff to meet client goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy or APA-recognised equivalent
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Current National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Clearance
  • Be fully vaccinated
