**About the Role**

Arcare is looking for a Residence Manager to provide leadership, direction, care and financial management to meet all requirements as guided by Arcare. The Residence Manager is accountable to the State Manager for the outcomes of the **_*State Number of Beds*_** bed residence.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous Management experience in Aged Care or Health Services Sector
- Registered Nurse Division One (desirable)
- Demonstrate financial accountability
- Good communicator, authentic and passionate
- Ability to respect the role and contribution of others in your team
- Provide leadership, encourage and promote relationship building
- Oversee quality care and promote effective business acumen skills
- Computer literate
