We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of banking.
This role is all about building a digital-first customer experience, from web to native mobile app experiences. You'll be responsible for designing and developing microservices, data access layers, GraphQL types, managing new and existing REST APIs, and integrating third-party APIs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, reliable solutions
Manage risks with feature toggles, continuous deployments, and effective automated testing
Work on automated testing to ensure robust and maintainable code
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to improve software development practices
We're interested in hearing from people who:
Are comfortable being independent workers and can pull tasks through to completion
Pride themselves on delivering high-quality software solutions
Are well-versed in DevSecOps principles and practices
Aren't afraid to take the time to perform peer design/code reviews and apply software reuse principles
We use a range of tools, languages, and frameworks, but experience or exposure will set you up for success in this team. Some of the tech skills we use include TypeScript, NodeJS, NextJS, GraphQL, React, AWS/Azure knowledge, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD tooling (GitHub/TeamCity/Octopus Deploy), Splunk/Observability experience, and automation test frameworks (Selenium/Playwright).
