Café Supervisor
Job Title: Experienced Barista Leader.
We are looking for an accomplished leader who can oversee café operations and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high service standards, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Lead by example, motivating front-of-house staff to excel in their roles.
- Support the team with coffee-making, service, and general café duties.
- Monitor stock levels and manage ordering to maintain efficient operations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues proactively.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Skillfully mentor front-of-house staff, developing their coffee-making skills and workflow efficiency.
- Develop strategies to boost revenue through effective sales performance tracking.
- Uphold training programs for coffee-making, POS usage, and venue presentation.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a café or hospitality environment.
- Strong barista skills – knowledge of coffee machine operation and maintenance essential.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Availability for full-time work, including weekends.
