Barista/All Rounder Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic individual to fill the role of Barista/All Rounder at our esteemed establishment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffees and teas to exceptional standards, showcasing attention to detail and quality in every beverage crafted.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with both new and regular customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work station, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines, upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Follow recipes and presentations for food and beverage items, ensuring consistency and quality across the board.
  • Be punctual and maintain regular attendance, contributing to a productive and harmonious team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Barista (ideally 2+ years)
  • Strong customer service skills, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
