Robert Walters is working with a leading consultancy in the construction and infrastructure space that is seeking an Administration Assistant to support one of their high-performing business units. This is a rare opportunity to join a team where your contribution directly supports major projects across Australia.
About the Role
Reporting to the Business Unit Principal and Office Manager, you'll be the heart of the office - delivering high-level administrative support, managing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth and professional running of the business unit. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is passionate about exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk reception: answer calls, greet visitors, coordinate meeting rooms and bookings
Organise domestic travel and process expenses in line with company policies
Assist with monthly finance admin including credit card and EFTPOS logs, accounts payable and reconciliations
Maintain the office environment including facilities coordination and supplies
Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture
What You Bring
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 2 years preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional services environment
