The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide services including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine. QEII Hospital is expanding to meet growing community needs, with plans to open additional beds and expanded intensive care and emergency services by 2027.
Responsibilities
Providing autonomous, advanced clinical management and coordination of Colorectal/Pelvic Floor patients with complex care needs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best clinical practices.
Leading and supporting clinical research activities including protocol implementation, data integrity, and safety event reporting to enhance research outcomes.
Offering clinical leadership and mentorship, fostering professional development and supporting education within the healthcare team.
About you / Qualifications
Hold advanced clinical knowledge and experience in colorectal and pelvic floor nursing, with proven ability to manage complex patient care and clinical research protocols.
Exhibit strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams.
Be passionate about professional development, clinical education, and fostering a culture of evidence-based practice.
