Exciting opportunity for a Warehouse professional to assist in managing our busy Airport Catering site and lead a Purchasing team.We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in stock management to join our friendly team as a Supply Chain Supervisor in our busy catering unit, based in Mascot at Sydney Airport, on a full-time basis.More About This RoleYou will be responsible for monitoring our Domestic and International customers' equipment daily inventory levels across all Airlines, and engaging in logistics communications directly with stakeholders to ensure the facility has sufficient stock to cater for our daily demand.Main ResponsibilitiesCarry out daily stock reviews and replenishments at the station / operational area, ensuring correct internal distribution of inbound stock.Manage an offsite frozen goods storage (perishables) as part of our expanded facility.Report any damaged or de-listed stock items and advise airline / customs accordingly.Coordinate stock deliveries to the Kitchen from Agility / Bulk Store.Coordinate stock / equipment replenishment from Airlines.Maintain and retrieve documentation for customs audits and reports.Monitor stock date codes and report issues.Plan and forecast equipment orders and levels at kitchen and 3rd party logistics locations, considering holiday periods.Assist with airline audits, ensuring follow-up on action points within deadlines.Operate company-specific ERP system with accurate data entry.Qualifications for SuccessKnowledge of 3PL management, production processes, and airline industry beneficial.Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.Strong problem-solving abilities.Diplomatic handling of challenging situations.Experience working with diverse stakeholders.Competence in documentation and records management.Ability to obtain a clear National Police Check (at our cost).5 weeks annual leave.Free onsite parking, daily staff meals, and uniforms.Supportive team environment committed to excellence.Retail discounts, health insurance discounts, novated lease options, and wellbeing resources.About UsWe are Australia's largest and most admired inflight catering and retail partner, operating 16 facilities across 10 cities with over 4,000 employees, producing over 64 million meals annually.dnata, part of the Emirates Group, is among the world's largest air services providers, offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and inflight catering services.Visit our careers website and watch our short video to learn more :Watch VideoApplication ProcessIf you are interested, click the link below and upload your resume to join the dnata catering family as a Supply Chain Supervisor :Apply HereJ-18808-LjbffrCreate a job alert for this searchSupply Chain Supervisor
