**About the role**:
The Educational Leader/2IC collaborates closely with the Nominated Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the before/after school care and vacation care service..
- PPT 31.5 hours per week. Includes 4hrs of Admin time
- Assisting the Nominated Supervisor in developing, planning, and implementing quality programs for children.
- Building strong connections with families and the community
- Ensuring children's learning and development are guided by the framework My Time Our Place
- Assisting the Nominated Supervisor in leading the team to implement and comply with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including relevant laws and regulations.
- 4 Hours Admin time

**About the Service**:

- Work closely with an experienced Coordinator.
- Pack up Pack down service
- Licenced for 90 Children

**About You**:

- Passionate about working with children and align with the values of the organisation.
- Experience in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs for children aged 5 to 12 years within a care or education setting
- Experience working in a 2IC or Leadership role within a school, aged care and/or education centre
- Wanting to progress your career into a leadership role in an OSHC setting.
