We are partnering with a Global Fund Manager to identify a
**Regulatory Change Compliance Manager **and an
**Employee Compliance Manager** for their growing governance team.

**Regulatory Change Opportunity**
As the Regulatory Change Manager, you would be responsible for managing and maintaining a regulatory change framework whilst supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance processes, and monitoring functions.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Ownership and maintenance of the Regulatory Change Register.
- Producing preliminary Regulatory Change Impact Assessments.
- Preparing papers (including reporting) of the Regulatory Change Monitoring Group.
- Providing ongoing advice in implementing Regulatory Change.
- Collaborating on advocacy efforts and business updates for new regulatory proposals.
- Supporting the development of new compliance standards.
- Stays abreast of current market, regulatory and industry relevant news. Serves as an expert on compliance related issues.

**Employee Compliance Opportunity**
As the Employee Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for management of our clients employee compliance program.

Key areas of responsibility will include:
**Code of Ethics (Personal Account Dealing, Outside Business Activities, Gifts & Entertainment, and Private Investments), Conflicts Management, Monitoring, Reporting, Privacy, and Data Access**

**Qualifications**
- Both roles require a minimum of five years related work experience, with at least two years within a financial services compliance function.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
