Responsibilities
Design experiences at the intersection of our two core users: Corporate event planners and restaurant operators.
For Restaurants, help grow and manage their private dining offerings through translating complex restaurant operations into compelling, intuitive solutions.
For Diners, assist in how they discover, book and manage private dining reservations.
Facilitating research with restaurant users and event planners to understand their end-to-end needs, inform our strategy, and gain learnings on experiments.
Work closely with a smart, collaborative remote team of product designers, product managers, sales, and engineers.
Qualifications
You enjoy solving complex design challenges and are a systems thinker.
You have experience designing for web and have an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work.
You also have:
5-10 years of professional experience in product design.
Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces.
Balancing rapid, build-to-learn experimentation with longer term, practical design thinking
Strong visual and interaction skills.
The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user
Incorporated AI into workflows to improve and speed up design process and outcomes.
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others
An appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers
Led user research and can link research findings to designs
The ability to manage time effectively and can self-direct to deliver against agreed-upon commitments
Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in an agile environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions
Experience working with remote teams
Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools
