Senior Product Designer - CommSee2.0 at Commonwealth Bank. CommSee is the bank's core assisted channel platform helping staff deliver exceptional services to customers. The team is reimagining the CommSee experience to transform customer service now and in the future.

Are you ready to reimagine how we help customers? We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join the CommSee crew. If you're energized by ambiguity, can turn complexity into clarity, and are comfortable running discovery sessions, facilitating workshops, and delivering iterative design solutions, we'd like to hear from you.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands‑on design execution and play a key role in shaping the product and the broader customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive end-to-end product design, from discovery to delivery, with an iterative mindset.
  • Identify and lead discovery work to uncover problems, define focus and validate opportunities.
  • Plan, facilitate and playback user research using appropriate methods for the problem at hand.
  • Collaborate with product trio to identify problems, define direction and scope, and iteratively deliver solutions.
  • Contribute to evolving our design library and system for consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Manage communication and stakeholder relationships effectively.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience across the entire product design process (research, discovery, design, delivery).
  • Outcome-focused, adaptable, and able to evolve approach as new insights emerge.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable collaborating with peers, managers, stakeholders and engineers.
  • Strong influence skills to drive strategy and outcomes, prioritising users.
  • Passion for data and metrics; ability to turn data into action.
  • Expertise in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using industry tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to think beyond pixels, considering business priorities, user psychology, and tech constraints.
  • Interest in staying ahead of design trends, tools, technologies (including AI), and best practices.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
