As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for working end-to-end to craft exceptional user experiences, ensure pixel-perfect implementation, and help shape future strategy. You will have a deep understanding of design principles, user research, and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive designs. You will have experience building SaaS products in a hyper-growth startup environment, a firm grasp on design systems and accessibility, and experience designing for complex products in fast-paced environments. You will bridge user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create user-centric solutions and thrive in a flexible, flat-structured work environment with healthcare AI products for international use.

• Work independently and with other designers to create thoughtful UI and UX that solves user problems and meets business goals.
• Translate complex problems into innovative design solutions.
• Provide thoughtful feedback on product and brand work from other designers.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
• Hand off designs to engineers and perform design QA for pixel-perfect implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, etc.) to align on vision and execution.
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate concepts effectively.
• Help maintain and improve Heidi's design system and advocate for accessibility and user-centric principles.

• Strong portfolio with exceptional product design skills and a user-centric approach.
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing complex SaaS products; healthcare or B2B experience is a plus.
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments, with a disciplined, research-driven approach.
• Detailed knowledge of Figma and proficiency with other common design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
• Experience contributing to design systems, design operations, and governance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Technical awareness to understand how designs are built and ability to collaborate with engineers (coding is not required; HTML, CSS (Tailwind), and React familiarity is a plus).
• Bonus points for experience with product tools like Linear, Notion, Posthog and Intercom.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, methodologies, and technologies.
