We're looking for a dynamic Product Coordinator to join our vibrant Jacqui E team

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact
ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Merchandise Manager in the sampling approval process including fittings and approvalsLiaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factoriesBriefing new ranges to suppliers for developmentMaintaining effective relationships and regular communication with suppliersTrend research into colour and new trend direction for the Jacqui E customerManaging and tracking the sample process, critical path, production schedules and freight timelinesDrawing and maintaining product CADs and range booksSupporting the product team with administrative needsSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a Product Coordinator, Production Assistant or Supply Coordinator role is preferableQualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageousProactive, motivated and likes working in a fast pace environmentHave great attention to detail and works well under pressureHigh level of productivity and efficiencyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsBe a collaborative team memberGenerous staff discount and access to our sample salesCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environmentEngage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growthCoffee lover?
