The Role of Regional Lead, Professional Services – APAC:
We seek a proven leader to expand Coupa's Professional Services in Asia-Pacific.
As the APAC Regional Lead, you will drive delivery excellence, customer impact, and partner success, working closely with global teams to scale our presence and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support APAC Sales Opportunities:
Collaborate with sales teams to discover, scope, and position Coupa services to secure high-value deals.
Manage Project Portfolio:
Oversee all regional projects, ensuring successful delivery and serving as an executive sponsor for key implementations.
Resource Planning:
Coordinate with delivery leadership to align regional resources, balancing immediate needs with strategic growth.
Build Partner Relationships:
Maintain strong partnerships through regular engagement and performance management.
Champion APAC Services:
Represent and promote services regionally, driving adoption of global initiatives and meeting revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Leadership Experience:
At least 10 years in consulting and services leadership, ideally in enterprise SaaS or spend management.
Business Acumen:
Proven ability in business development, pre-sales, and solution scoping, with growth experience in direct and partner channels.
Communication Skills:
Ability to influence and operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Project Delivery:
Deep understanding of project methodologies and customer success principles.
Adaptability:
Comfortable with ambiguity, capable of driving clarity across diverse teams, and willing to travel regionally and globally.
