Job Title: Marketing Lead

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth in the APAC region.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers primarily in Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Singapore, and other countries.
  • Coordinate marketing development funds to support business growth.
  • Educate dealers on available campaigns and marketing resources.
  • Provide guidance on advanced go-to-market strategies.
  • Support dealers in developing and executing their marketing plans. Help drive digital marketing adoption at the dealer level. Assist dealers in linking market opportunities to marketing activity/action.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to support sales-led initiatives.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an indirect sales channel or account management role.
  • Experience with a varied MarTech stack, including marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (SFDC).
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks in a quarter.
  • Curiosity: Ability to observe and identify patterns that identify trends and key insights.
  • Creativity: Innovative and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Diplomacy: Collaboration-focused style that encourages support from others.
  • Determination: Persistence towards difficult goals despite obstacles.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, with options for fully office-based, hybrid, or remote work. Trimble has offices in Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane.
