**About the Role**

Scope of the role includes;
- Managing the group wide remuneration review process including preparation of commercial modelling for remuneration and incentive programs
- Developing, maintaining, and evolving the HR analytics dashboards including performance data and trend analysis within PowerBI
- Completion of accurate and timely incentive calculations in line with annual process, including distribution of letters for Senior Leaders
- Design and delivery of incentive, benefits offerings and programs
- Management of the AU superannuation policy, process and committee including the relationship with the superannuation provider
- Ownership of Remuneration Governance plan including quarterly and annual refresh of data and allowances
- Manage the HR P&L across ANZ including preparation of annual operating budget
- Review, improve and streamline current processes and systems and identify trends and changes required to processes and systems
- Researching appropriate remuneration rates based on market information and provide benchmarking advice & recommendations as required
- Liaising with independent consultants and industry colleagues to monitor competitive remuneration trends
- Providing expert advice to leaders on all matters relating to salary, superannuation benefits and incentives
- Ongoing liaison with audit to ensure regulatory compliance

**About You**

Perhaps you are an experienced remuneration specialist or maybe you are an HR Business Partner with excellent analytical skill and a flair for data or maybe you are a Financial Analyst looking for a change of industry. You may have previously managed the end-to-end annual remuneration review process and possess extensive knowledge of remuneration and incentive design, theory, methodology, best practice, industry trends and regulatory environment to the role. But more importantly you know how to work with 'C' suite stakeholders leveraging your well-honed influencing and negotiation skills and you know the value of data. You enjoy building meaningful analytics dashboards and you have demonstrated commercial acumen. Your advanced Excel skills for complex data reporting will be highly regarded and your experience in SAP and PowerBI would be advantageous.
