Overview (Text Only): As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering proactive and effective HR operational support to corporate and store employees across the region, ensuring requests are managed within a timely manner and identifying areas for opportunities in processes, policies and working procedures. Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR inbox and provide timely HR advice to employees and managers
- Ensure all employee records are current, complete, and meet legislative requirements
- Maintain Foot Locker's HRIS system (PeopleSoft) and ensure data integrity
- Create and maintain all employee documentation
- Work with the Senior Manager, HR Services on all HR & OHS compliance, including updating HR policies and processes
- Ensure legal requirements regarding health and safety are met and safe work practices are maintained including maintaining all workers compensation and incident reporting files and assist with claims and annual reporting
- Work closely with the Payroll team on all queries ensuring payroll is processed on time and accurately
- Create and maintain HR reports
- Assist with store recruitment as required
- Manage employee offboarding; ensuring a smooth offboarding process and exit interviews are issued to employees
- Assist the Senior Manager, HR Services with domestic and global mobility
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, and good basic knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or other Business-related degree and/or related qualifications desirable
- Passionate about developing your career in Human Resources
- Basic understanding of Modern Awards, FWA, NES and WHS Legislation
- Confident self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
- Team player who looks at the bigger picture and focuses on team success
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and able to work with HR data to conduct analysis.
