The opportunity
Our Infrastructure Advisory team is growing, and we are recruiting early-career Project Managers and Infrastructure Advisors with one to seven years of experience.
This opportunity will see you working with State
,
National and Global teams where you will support programs and projects at inception, feasibility, and business case development stages, supporting clients on far reaching and strategic investment decisions for emerging infrastructure.
Your technical skills and professional capabilities will be developed across infrastructure strategy, modelling and procurement processes. This role will contribute to the development of innovative delivery models, drawing on latest trends and issues that will support your growth to coordinate, support and lead our key infrastructure advisory services.
Depending on the level of experience you will:

- Contribute to and support in the provision of strategic, technical and commercial advice to inform our clients' investment decision at various phases of the project lifecycle. Skills that will be exercised and honed will include strategy and planning, feasibility and business case development, and transaction advisory for a range of projects across difference sectors including Precincts, Health, Education, Energy, Defence, Culture and Water;
- Contribute to and support in the development and preparation of strategic business cases to meet the needs of stakeholders, draw on relevant guidelines and innovation to support investment;
- Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders throughout the project development lifecycle to help deliver exceptional business and wider community outcomes;
- Participate in project teams that build the momentum of significant social and transport infrastructure projects through evidence-based advice, your own unique experience, and the connected local and global thinking of Mott MacDonald;
- Be an advocate for Mott MacDonald's social value strategy and approach to delivering benefits to local communities, with a particular focus on social benefits through the planning and development of infrastructure;
- Be a proactive member of the Mott MacDonald team and contribute to a culture of ongoing innovation, learning and development.
