**GELATO MAKER/ KITCHEN CHEF**

Cow and the Moon are looking for a gelato chef or someone with kitchen experience to join our team in Sydney. We are well established, family run gelato and coffee shop that specialises in artisan products and bespoke sweets. We are looking for someone is eager to learn about the art of gelato making to help carry on our legacy for outstanding, internationally award winning gelato.

**The role**:

- 25 - 30hrs per week
- Producing high volumes of quality gelato
- Assist the kitchen with cake production and sweet and pastry baking
- Collaborating with a hard working kitchen team

**We Offer**:

- Part time/casual role with rotating roster, public holiday and weekends included
- Ongoing training for gelato making and sweet production
- A diverse and supportive team environment

**About You**:

- 1 year hospitality experience (kitchen preferred but not essential)
- Full working rights
- A genuine interest in dessert and gelato
- Ability to work in a close knit team
- Excited and open to learning new skills

**Location**: 181 Enmore Road, Enmore, Sydney

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Enmore, NSW 2042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
