The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for people and business management, supporting the wellbeing of the team, and helping our clinic thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the daily operations of the clinic
Leading and supporting a passionate team of vets and nurses
Staff rostering, recruitment, onboarding and performance support
Inventory control and supplier relationships
Overseeing client service and workflow optimisation
Financial and business reporting
Supporting a positive and inclusive team culture
About You
You have prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused leadership role
You're a confident communicator with strong organisational skills
You enjoy problem-solving and leading teams to success
You're tech-savvy and comfortable using veterinary practice software
You're passionate about pets, people, and creating a great place to work
