Medical Receptionist– CAMPBELLTOWN / NARELLAN at Retina Associates – Macarthur Eye Specialists, IMMEDIATE START. PART TIME or FULL TIME HOURS available.

ABOUT US :

We are a growing ophthalmology practice based in Campbelltown and Narellan. Our friendly team consists of 13 specialists and 10 staff members. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate medical receptionist to join us.

What we are looking for :

Attention to detail

Willingness to learn

Punctuality

Ability to work unsupervised and is also a team player.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Is reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Confidence to utilise multiple medical software platforms.

Manage administrative aspects of patient care from booking appointments to billing, and being able to liaise between doctors and patients.

Assist with typing doctors' reports.

Represent our practice with professionalism and empathy.

Ability to travel between our 2 clinics.

Experience preferred but not essential – training will be provided.
