**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Brand Manager - Care and Styling, the Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) will be responsible for supporting all areas of Care and Styling Marketing, including both consumer activation and trade marketing. This role will also have ownership of several key brands within the portfolio, including Sebastian, System Professional and EIMI, as well as a key brand project: Gift Sets. The role will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, Sales, Education, the OmniChannel Team, customers, agencies, influencers and more, demonstrating the Wella Values in all of their interactions.

Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Brand ownership for Sebastian, System Professional and EIMI.
- Lead the annual Gift Set program (Mother's Day and Christmas) including design and delivery.
- Assist in the development of strategy and build marketing plans to deliver the targets for the Care and Styling portfolio, including media briefs for agencies.
- Support the design and execution of new product / new line launches to meet / exceed objectives.
- Support in monthly Business Reporting and data analysis.
- Coordinate sales promotion / catalogues, and advertising activities as required.
- Assist in the monitoring of competitor activities through monthly market data reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships & collaboration (internal & external)
- International mindset with appreciation for inclusion & diversity values
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, marketing or trade marketing role
- Fluent proficiency in English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
