**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Prestige Beauty Division working on Kylie Beauty. You will assist in the management and development to achieve planned targets and drive success in the marketplace, whilst learning new and valuable skills. You will work proactively with all departments to support brand sales and marketing strategies and programs.
**Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will**:
Assist in developing and executing strong go-to-market plans to achieve key target measures for the assigned portfolio of brands
Assist in the preparation and lead management of marketing budgets for allocated brands/segments, including managing purchase orders using SAP and ARIBA systems
Assist in building product launch strategies by retailer to maximise business opportunities and support brand growth
Develop 360 degree launch and promotional plans, ensuring consistency of brand standards across all marketing platforms
Assist in the development and delivery of strategy presentations to key accounts and sales conferences
Assist and lead brand launches from forecasting through to post launch analysis including inventory management, global approvals, POS implementation, launch manuals, etc
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
In line with global guidelines, design, develop, manage and execute the production and budget of point-of-sale material, from brief to delivery to ensure maximum impact in stores
Lead brand reports on net sales, retail sales & competitor analysis performance in the marketplace
**You will have**:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline
Experience in a similar marketing role is preferred
Strong MS Office skills required
Background/experience in the beauty or luxury sector is preferred
High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with all departments
Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
Strong analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills
Impeccable attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
