Our client is looking for an experienced and hands on BDM's who are curious about the recruitment industry.
Your typical week will include
- Business Development - conduct research and market mapping to assess the best clients to target
- Utilise warm leads provided to you by the directors of the business.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, quotations etc for clients, there is an office support team to help with these..
- Conducting telephone/MS Teams and face to face interviews
- Managing assessment and reference checking processes.
- Assisting on-boarding programs - issuing contracts of employment, ensuring certificates of currency and other employment documents are sent out and received.
