Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research and mapping to identify top clients

  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients, supported by an office team
  • Conducting interviews via phone, MS Teams, or face-to-face
  • Managing assessment and reference checking processes
  • Assisting with onboarding programs, including contract issuance and employment documentation
